Over the past few hours, I made Fall Away: Flash Flood as a score-chasing, arcade version of Fall Away for my friends to play at my birthday party.

Flash flood brings permadeath to Fall Away, removes saving, and adds two new gameplay elements: the flood and the timer. I would explain how both of them are impacted by gameplay and the effects they have on gameplay and each other, but you'll figure it out once you play a single run.
